Rosie’s Mobile RV Service is a woman-owned and operated business committed to providing quality workmanship at fair, affordable prices.

Owning an RV should be rewarding, but unexpected repairs can quickly become costly and inconvenient. By bringing professional RV service directly to you, we help reduce the hassle, downtime, and added expense of transporting your unit to a repair shop.

Our goal is simple: provide dependable service and get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

Lori Patterson is the founder of Rosie’s Mobile RV Service and is a Red Seal–certified journeyman Recreational Vehicle Technician.

Her passion for RV repair began with a mould-damaged tent trailer that she carefully restored and brought back to life. That project sparked an interest that grew into a rewarding career.

For Lori, repairing RVs is more than a job—it’s a genuine passion. She takes pride in solving problems, restoring confidence in every unit she works on, and helping RV owners get back to enjoying the great outdoors.

Cracked roof sealant on trailer

We offer professional roof vent repairs and replacements, along with roof seal inspection and resealing services.

Do your roof seals look like this? If they do, water may already be finding its way into your RV. Even a small opening can lead to costly water damage, since moisture will always follow the easiest path inside.

Not sure whether your RV roof needs attention? We include a complimentary roof inspection with every unit we service.

We provide comprehensive inspection, repair, replacement, and servicing for your RV’s propane system, including tanks, regulators, lines, and propane-powered appliances. Over time, propane regulators can wear out and may need to be replaced. When a regulator is not delivering the correct pressure and flow, your appliances may operate poorly or fail to work altogether. Propane can also leave an oily residue in the system, which may build up in the lines and require professional flushing. We can test your propane system’s operating pressure and perform a thorough leak test to help ensure everything is functioning safely and correctly.

Your RV’s water system includes the water pump, supply lines, water heater, drains, and holding-tank plumbing. We provide inspection, testing, repair, and replacement services to keep the entire system working reliably. Canada’s long, cold winters can cause serious damage when an RV is not winterized properly. Frozen water can lead to burst lines, cracked fittings and pipes, damaged water-heater tanks, broken black- and grey-water plumbing, cracked toilet valves, and torn water-pump diaphragms. Repairs can quickly add up to thousands of dollars. We can show you how to winterize your RV correctly, or take care of the complete winterization service for you so you can head into winter with confidence.

A travel trailer’s brake and suspension systems should be inspected annually. Wheel bearings should typically be cleaned, inspected, and repacked every one to three years, depending on how often the trailer is used and the conditions in which it travels. Dirt, moisture, and worn grease can damage wheel bearings over time. If a bearing overheats or seizes, it can cause serious damage and create a significant safety risk while towing. We provide complete inspections and testing of electric trailer brakes, along with wheel-bearing repacking and replacement services based on the needs of your unit. We also provide thorough inspections of your trailer’s leaf springs, axles, shackles, bushings, and related suspension components. Worn, cracked, bent, or damaged parts can affect towing stability, tire wear, ride quality, and overall safety. When repairs are needed, we offer leaf spring, axle, and suspension-component replacement services tailored to your unit. Our goal is to identify problems early and help keep your trailer riding smoothly, towing safely, and ready for the road.

7 way plug wiring on a trailer

Electrical Systems

RV electrical issues can range from 7-way trailer plug and marker-light problems to brake wiring faults, interior shorts, and unexplained voltage drops. We diagnose and repair electrical concerns of all sizes. Because electrical problems can sometimes be intermittent or difficult to trace, troubleshooting may require careful testing and additional diagnostic time. We are committed to identifying the root cause—not just treating the symptom—and providing practical, affordable repair options to get your RV working safely and reliably.

RV appliances include refrigerators, ranges, cooktops, water heaters, furnaces, air conditioners, and more. Whether you have a three-way refrigerator, a two-way water heater, or a 110-volt air-conditioning unit, regular maintenance and timely repairs can help keep your appliances operating safely and efficiently. We can diagnose appliance issues, perform routine maintenance, and complete the repairs needed to get your RV appliances back in proper working order.

Insurance claims can be stressful and difficult to navigate, but you do not have to manage the process alone. Whether your RV has been damaged by hail, a collision, severe weather, or another unexpected event, we are here to help make the repair process as straightforward as possible. We can assess and document the damage, prepare detailed repair estimates, communicate directly with your insurance provider, and help ensure the necessary repairs are properly addressed. Once the claim is approved, we will complete the work efficiently and keep you informed throughout the repair process. Our goal is to reduce the stress of an insurance claim while providing timely, professional repairs that restore the safety, appearance, and functionality of your RV.
